Description

• Partner and support school districts in implementing STEAM products in classrooms across the East Coast Region • Play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of SAM Labs • Work remotely while covering a designated territory in a global environment • Lead customer communication and build relationships across all levels in schools • Ensure successful implementation, active usage, and meaningful student experiences • Manage tasks in CSM platform and analyze customer data to enhance support • Lead professional development sessions and check-ins to help achieve STEAM milestones

Requirements

• Based in the East Coast Region of the United States (CT, DE, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA) • 1-2 years of experience in Ed Tech, Customer Success, Sales, Account Executive, or Account Management • Taught STEAM and/or Coding in Elementary or Middle School for at least 2 years in the past 5-7 years • Customer-centric attitude and attention to customer experience & journey • Agile, data-driven, and proactive support for customers • Comfortable training teachers and administrators across district and school levels • Excited to support teachers by co-teaching or modeling lessons and activities • Passionate about the K-12 school market and ready to go the extra mile • Thrive in a start-up dynamic environment • Comfortable utilizing tech platforms for customer data management • Willing to travel up to 35% of the time for training and support • Excellent writing, presenting, and conversational skills • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Experienced and/or passionate about STEAM & Coding
