Description
• Lead efforts to set a new standard for disaster recovery and resilience. • Ensure SBP’s owner-occupied rebuild program is innovative and effective. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement while supporting teams to deliver results. • Standardize processes and develop training initiatives for rebuild sites. • Provide insights through data analysis to shape better decision-making. • Collaborate with SBP’s network of Executive Directors to drive improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in team and program/operations management. • 3-5 years of senior leadership experience preferred. • Expertise in process improvement and change leadership. • Strong decision-making and communication abilities. • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. • Willingness to travel one week per month.
