• Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging data and analytics • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key indicators • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment between revenue data and financial records • Create sales reports and presentations for board meetings • Develop and maintain sales reports providing valuable insights • Gather relevant data for quota setting • Collaborate with sales leadership for forecasting and pipeline management • Manage commissions or bonus processes for the sales team • Provide insights into revenue attainment and sales performance • Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5-7+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business, data analytics, or a similar role • Advanced proficiency in sales analytics tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and accounting standards • Familiarity with the sales process and methodologies • SaaS experience within an organization with multiple product offerings • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience with revenue metrics, specifically Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SageIntacct, FinCore, Coupa, NetSuite • Experience with QA of financial reporting
