• Lead and evolve ScorePlay's People roadmap, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management. • Oversee global HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws. • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine recruitment strategies and attract top talent. • Act as a culture ambassador, driving initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and alignment with ScorePlay’s values.
Requirements
• 8+ years in People Operations/HR, with a focus on scaling teams in startup environments. • Proven experience in managing global remote teams and working with EORs/PEOs. • Multinational HR experience in lean, high-growth organizations. • Strong operational acumen and ability to design scalable HR solutions. • Hands-on practitioner with deep knowledge of HR best practices and compliance across multiple geographies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
