Description

• The Director of Business Development is responsible for the pursuit of foreign government opportunities worldwide. • Promotes Sea Machines Maritime autonomy and sensors to international Naval forces. • Takes lead in shaping and responding to RFI’s and RFP’s. • Requires experience in winning and managing international Government contracts. • Strong understanding of marine machinery and sensors. • Excellent writing skills and ability to promote Sea Machines technology.

Requirements

• 10 years minimum, experience working in the Marine/Maritime industry. • 5 years minimum working in an international sales/capture role with government customers. • Expert knowledge of marine vessels, navigation equipment and vessel systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Military Studies, or extensive “At Sea” time in a leadership role. • Experience with marine industry software, USV offerings, or Captain’s Credentials are all favorable. • Travel expectations, up to 50%. • Tier one writing and presentation skills, and able to maximize use of MS Office capabilities. • Multi-Lingual is a plus.
