• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, or staffing industry. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand and convey client needs and align our solutions accordingly. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or within a team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
