• Primary objective to work with the travel partner community to sell full-yacht charters, groups and FIT business; conduct face-to-face meetings with travel partners in the luxury space. • Client Acquisition and Retention, foster relationships with Travel Partners. • Develop and implement strategies to expand our Retail Sales base. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, by providing Sales and Promotional Marketing support to Travel Partners. • Provide product training and consultative selling support to Travel Partners. • Sales Planning and Execution: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Stay updated with the latest trends in the luxury travel and cruise industry. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. • Act as a brand ambassador for SeaDream Yacht Club, promoting our values and mission. • Execute duties as needed inline with Sales and Sales Support.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within your multi-state territory. • Expect to spend 3-4 nights per week in a hotel. • Must legally be able to work in the US and live in the covered Mid-Atlantic Region (District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey). • Must speak, read, and write English at a conversational level. • A referenceable work history with the ability to provide references from previous clients and supervisors. • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for lead generation. • MS Office Products
