• Expand and enhance the company's top line through diligent relationship building with clients. • Identify and address prospective and existing client opportunities for marketing. • Ensure sales goals, objectives, and profit margins are met. • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships/partnerships. • Build relationships with prospects and facilitate the development of new partnerships. • Manage the design of service programs ensuring client need fulfillment. • Develop an annual sales and service plan including identification of potential client prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. • Major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred. • Licenses as required. • Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required. • 5 years of claim outsourcing relationship building experience required. • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Strong organizational, analytical and interpretive skills. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a team environment and meet/exceed performance competencies.
