•We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for the Web3 gaming industry at Seedworld. •The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by building partnerships, securing strategic alliances, and expanding our presence within the blockchain gaming ecosystem. •You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape the company's growth strategy and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

•2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in gaming and Web3 Games industries. •Proven experience in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.). •Strong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms. •Experience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly desirable. •Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth. •Familiarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
