Description

• The Global Strategic Account Manager is responsible for securing and managing new Seer customer accounts focused on large-scale population studies and biobanks. • This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our market presence within the population health sector, securing contractual agreements, and contributing to the design and execution of sales strategies and pricing. • This role requires a deep understanding of the population health landscape globally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic accounts sales. • Experience with biobank/populations studies is strongly desired. • Successful track record in growing revenue and market share. • Background in entrepreneurial, mission driven selling environments is essential. • Significant experience in life science tools market, including the launch of novel products is preferred. • Advanced knowledge of the life sciences marketplace, key trends, account segments and customer needs. • Advanced degree in sciences, PhD and/or MBA is desirable. • Experience in proteomics is strongly desired. • Exposure to mass spectrometry is strongly desired. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to establish positive cross-functional multi-level relationships. • Excellent, influential presentation skills with ability to present complex topics to external stakeholders.
