Description

• Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. • Collaborate with Lenovo and internal teams to design and integrate SentinelOne's endpoint security solutions. • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and present tailored solutions. • Maintain detailed records of pre-sales activities and customer engagements. • Conduct training sessions for Lenovo's sales and technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical support, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale partnerships and achieving technical sales targets. Operational or sales experience with SaaS EDR solutions a plus. • Strong technical background in endpoint security solutions, identity and cloud security solutions, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)/Security Operations Center (SOC) services. Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to product activation and integration. • Highly preferred to be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, including product management, sales, and engineering teams.
