Description

• We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive impactful growth across our demand generation and marketing programs. • You’ll play a critical role in shaping our performance marketing approach, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet key KPIs. • You’ll develop and manage high-impact campaigns that span acquisition, conversion, and acceleration. • Your analytical mindset will help forecast, measure, and report on the effectiveness of our demand generation programs, ensuring they drive meaningful impact on the sales pipeline and beyond. • Mentor and advise junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing, preferably in the software industry. • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs. • Proficiency with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. • Proven success across multiple growth marketing areas, including ABM, technical SEO, email, paid media, content marketing, lifecycle, and web optimization. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple parallel projects while staying on budget and within timelines. • Strong, thoughtful, and effective communicator, both in 1:1 settings and within the larger team/company.
