Description

• Build and execute field-based sales plans within a defined geographic region and in collaboration with cross-functional customer acquisition teams. • Full-cycle sales approach, including sourcing leads, developing and qualifying prospects, delivering consultative sales demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. • Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from first contact through close. • Perform product demonstrations to interested customers using screen share and videoconferencing technology. • Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers. • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the ST Product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends. • Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value. • Build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads. • Suggest and create sales materials that will help close business. • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in an outside sales role, preferably selling software • Ability to perform consultative sales demonstrations, virtually and in person • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding your sales quota • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value for complex software • Passion for cultivating, owning, and harvesting your own sales territory • Tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer at ServiceTitan • Willingness to perform Outbound and Inbound sales • Ability to create urgency and close business • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
