• 10+ years of business development / partnership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with counterparties of all sizes. • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments internally and externally including R&D, Legal, Finance, Sales and C-Suite. • Strong understanding of the Trades market landscape, including key players, trends, and opportunities. • Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnership agreements. • Understanding of the technical components of an API and an API marketplace. • Ability to identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships that leverage our API capabilities and enhance our service offerings. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and business cases to senior executives and stakeholders. • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
