β’ Full knowledge of selling GMP CMC analytical development and testing services for biologics and cell and gene therapies. β’ Experience selling full release method development, validation and stability programs for biologics and ATMPs is preferred. β’ Proven track record in closing deals and driving significant top line revenue β’ Ability to build relationships through professional sales and interpersonal skills with a disciplined and organized approach β’ Demonstrated entrepreneurial work ethic β’ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills β’ Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing β’ Strong interpersonal skills, resulting in excellent rapport with colleagues; proven success in initiating, promoting, and maintaining communication among teams β’ Excellent presentation and negotiating skills β’ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) β’ Ability to travel domestically
