• Are you ready to embrace a dynamic career shift? • RoadRunner is seeking a proactive and adaptable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team full-time. • As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipelines conducting outbound prospecting activities, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives. • Our comprehensive 9-week training program ensures you have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree + 2 years sales experience OR High School diploma /GED + 4 years sales experience required • You’re a high performer who is energized and motivated by competition, is goal driven and enjoys the financial rewards selling provides • You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure • You possess the ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable • You are a constant learner and have a passion for sales • You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency • You have stellar communication skills
