Description

•Accountable for S&S sales and IGM% for assigned S&S opportunities and select named accounts •Build an account Plan for each named customer •Proactively pursue S&S opportunities coming from the Market •Jointly develops and executes Account Strategy with Market Prof Sales for Systems opportunities •Maximize sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of wallet •Deliver on the Systems and Services Sales targets in named Accounts, as well as other S&S opportunities originating from Market •Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction during opportunity development •Ensure a smooth handover to the Market for product opportunities •Create a relentless drive for S&S growth •Effectively engage customers in value creation beyond lighting •Participate in customer and/or industry events as needed •Foster a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actions •Build strong and productive working relationships with Market Prof Sales teams •Collaborate effectively with project team members to deliver timely, relevant solutions to customer

Requirements

•At least 3 to 5 years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry •A strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts •Understanding or previous experience in the sports industry or lighting industry in the UK is required •Professional experience of value-based selling in a market/customer-facing role •You understand Technology/Software & Connectivity domains •You are someone very driven, a real hunter who enjoys and is successful in business development
