β’ Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction billing space. β’ You will help Siteline achieve its goals for growth, while building foundational sales & marketing skills for future roles. β’ Research & identify potential customers within target accounts and develop strategies to convert them into qualified opportunities. β’ Execute a high volume of outbound calls to qualify prospects as potential customers and successfully schedule qualified meetings. β’ Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect and the billing challenges they face.
β’ Experience in prior SDR, BDR, or lead generation role is required. β’ Commercial construction experience is a plus. β’ Great phone communicator with strong listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospect pain/challenges. β’ Highly motivated, results-driven, competitive, resilient, and fearless. β’ Customer orientation and impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, and integrity. β’ Collaborative team player with an optimistic demeanor and who enjoys friendly competition.
