Description

β€’ Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction billing space. β€’ You will help Siteline achieve its goals for growth, while building foundational sales & marketing skills for future roles. β€’ Research & identify potential customers within target accounts and develop strategies to convert them into qualified opportunities. β€’ Execute a high volume of outbound calls to qualify prospects as potential customers and successfully schedule qualified meetings. β€’ Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect and the billing challenges they face.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in prior SDR, BDR, or lead generation role is required. β€’ Commercial construction experience is a plus. β€’ Great phone communicator with strong listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospect pain/challenges. β€’ Highly motivated, results-driven, competitive, resilient, and fearless. β€’ Customer orientation and impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, and integrity. β€’ Collaborative team player with an optimistic demeanor and who enjoys friendly competition.
