• 5+ years of technical sales experience in a new business/acquisition capacity with an Associate’s degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience • Business development/hunter and farmer role sales experience • Experience selling directly into IT, Human Resources and Learning & Development departments and have successfully delivered against annual targets based on monthly objectives • Ability to follow established processes and provide constructive feedback on processes • Experience managing and resolving customer objections and rejections • Be process oriented and responsible for strategy development and execution • Possess critical thinking, research skills and adaptability, while being able to focus on what matters to the customer
