• We’re seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and passionate Partnership Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. • Lead comprehensive partner program that incentivizes cooperation and drives business growth. • Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute joint campaigns. • Engage with partners to understand their business models, needs, and challenges. • Close deals yourself or support partners in closing new customers. • Work closely with the product team to integrate feedback from partners.
• You have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within the software industry. • Previous success in building and scaling partner programs. • You are tech-savvy: You have a strong technical background and can effectively communicate with technical audiences, including software developers, engineers, and product managers. • Fluent in English and German (must), both written and spoken. • Proactive and strategic thinker: You are a self-starter who identifies new partnership opportunities and develops creative solutions for collaboration. • Strong negotiation skills: You excel at navigating complex negotiations and can build agreements that create value for all parties. • Collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals. • Detail-oriented and data-driven: You can analyze partner performance metrics and develop strategies based on insights. • You have a hunter mentality. • Experience with CRM systems: You are skilled at maintaining detailed and accurate records that support our partnership-driven approach.
