Description

•SmartBug Media is the full service digital agency of choice for organizations looking to create resilient growth across the entire customer lifecycle. •This role is responsible for executing sales methodology and achieving quotas each month. •Developing pipeline through outbound efforts and managing inbound leads are key tasks.

Requirements

•Successful track record of selling paid media services is a requirement •Experience carrying a personal quota of over $1 million annually with a proven track record of success meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets •Comfort with HubSpot CRM best practices and sales enablement tools •Superior communication skills, whether on video conference, phone calls, in-person, or written communication •The ability to assess business problems and prescribe solutions as they relate to sales and marketing initiatives for our clients •An innate hunger and the self-discipline to grow, as well as a willingness to help others succeed •Alignment with our values •Experience selling services or solution based offerings •Experience working with clients on paid media strategy and execution, preferred •Franchise sales experience, preferred •Experience working remotely preferred
