Description

• As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the Italian Market you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. • You will support the sales team in the expansion of Smartpricing in the Italian market through activities of: Sales Negotiation, Participation in Trade Fairs and Events, Business Development, Data Analysis and Regular Reviews, Reaching the Monthly Target.

Requirements

• Experience in the Role: At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS B2B is a must) where you brilliantly exceeded your sales targets. • Language Skills: Italian as a mother tongue and English proficiency at B2 level. • Team Player with Winning Mentality: Desire to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, willing to support colleagues to achieve their goals. • Data-Driven Thinking: Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, and continuously improving business strategies. • Organization: Attention to detail, ability to meticulously plan your agenda, and timely updates to the CRM. • Productivity: Strong motivation to sell into the SMB market, managing short and intense sales cycles. • Desire to Learn: Eager to receive on-the-field coaching and read books to improve sales skills. Training can take place in-person or remotely.
