Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a sales manager with proven and documented success • Experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams is strongly preferred • Experience building out sales processes (experience with HubSpot a plus) • Must have managed a sales team of at least 10 sales closers • Must be an Active Learner (will be questioned on what they do to improve/learn) • Must have experience selling intangible services (sold the invisible) • Local to Philadelphia and in office 3 days per week is strongly preferred
