Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3+ years experience as a sales manager with proven and documented success β€’ Experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams is strongly preferred β€’ Experience building out sales processes (experience with HubSpot a plus) β€’ Must have managed a sales team of at least 10 sales closers β€’ Must be an Active Learner (will be questioned on what they do to improve/learn) β€’ Must have experience selling intangible services (sold the invisible) β€’ Local to Philadelphia and in office 3 days per week is strongly preferred
