📋 Description

• Ownership of card account management strategy, including creating ongoing engagement strategies and offers to retain and grow customer relationships • Make compelling product recommendations based on customer needs, competitive environment, sound credit risk management principles, customer experience, and cost benefit analysis. • Partner with Marketing, Design, Credit, Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution and all key control requirements are met. • Develop a robust testing agenda to help optimize the portfolio. • Develop relationships across all workstreams to foster a transparent and collaborative environment that allows getting work done through others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quantitative fields • 10+ years of relevant experience, specifically with experience in credit cards • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and demonstrated ability to analyze data and trends to improve product performance • Experience partnering with marketing, credit, designers, and other product leaders to drive business strategy • Strong communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to all levels of management • Ability to lead cross-functionally • A data-driven approach to problem-solving that is supported with proficiency in Python, SQL, R for extracting data from large datasets and statistical analyses
