📋 Description
• Source and manage QSR transactions in top tier brands • Acquire and maintain profitable client relationships • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and analysts in transaction structuring • Monitor the portfolio and adjust risk rating as needed • Coach and mentor peers as needed • Regular client meetings and trade show attendance
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Lending focusing on Franchise lending • Strong knowledge of various QSR/Fast Food brands and underwriting guidelines • Proven sales skills and experience • Financial modeling experience and formal credit training is required
