β€’ Build and maintain relationships with providers; provide support where needed β€’ Assist with existing provider outreach/follow up efforts β€’ Manage provider inquiries and escalating to appropriate contact (RVP/MD/IST) β€’ Help execute after-sales and support needs of providers to fine-tune the provider’s experience. β€’ Work with Market Director and internal team to help find providers to provide emergency care needs β€’ Share provider feedback and intelligence with sales and other supporting teams β€’ Work closely with your RVP, Market Director, and internal partner to build general brand awareness, drive provider engagement, and assist in aligning and rolling out initiatives β€’ In conjunction with Market Director, educating prospective and existing providers about new and existing CQN features and functionality. β€’ Document all activity in the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365) i.e., appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, etc. β€’ Support RVP/MDs with material needed for external and internal events β€’ May attend trade shows, industry events and community events with RVP or other team members β€’ Assist with administrative tasks and projects and other duties as assigned. β€’ Role may travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA/BS or equivalent experience β€’ 3-5 years of sales and/or relationship experience, with a customer first mindset in home, community, assisted living, nursing home or continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). β€’ Previous experience as home care or facility market director or similar will be given preference. β€’ Exceptional organization, communication & interpersonal skill and relationship building is mandatory. β€’ Possess a positive, self-starter attitude β€’ Comfortable adapting to new experiences and change and flexible mindset about doing whatever is needed for the overall success of the team β€’ Takes accountability and ownership of performance and outcomes β€’ Professional appearance and demeanor
