📋 Description

• Working for a company like Smile Digital Health means supporting our mandate for #BetterGlobalHealth. • We strive towards this goal every day, and the results can be seen in the impact of our innovative health data platform and data management solutions. • Smile Digital Health makes it easy for healthcare stakeholders to collect and exchange data with our leading FHIR-based data liberation platform. • At its heart, the Smile platform enables people and organizations to better manage healthcare data. • We help generate and liberate structured healthcare data to ensure effective delivery across care teams and health systems bringing #BetterGlobalHealth to patients every day! • This Account Executive, US Payer role is responsible for developing and managing end-to-end strategic sales efforts for the US Payer sector. • This includes achieving a targeted sales plan, prospect identification, lead development and generation, initiating sales calls, contract negotiations and facilitating complex deal closures. • This role is expected to meet or exceed the sales goals established by the Company while delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients, and land new customers in the US Payer sector.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant sales experience in Healthcare provider/ payer environments with B2B software or technology sales industry experience preferred. • Demonstrated revenue generation impact and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. • Demonstrated experience closing 7 figure contracts in HealthTech space and building out 12-24 month strategic roadmaps for customers and prospects. • Strong knowledge of Healthcare provider solutions and payer functions within the US, including commercial/employer-sponsored and government plans. • Knowledge of how to build and contract bundled payer/provider service models that stretch across several areas such as but not limited to value based care, telemedicine, screening, and therapeutics. • Experience with HEDIS, Care Gap closures, MIPS, and/or medical policies highly preferred. • Ability to independently seek information, manage and respond to ambiguity, solve complex problems, align resources, and deliver results. • Strives to develop self and others; demonstrates a high degree of self-awareness and seeks to constantly raise standards for self, direct team, and others within Smile. • Previous experience using software including Windows, Google Suite, SalesForce, and NetSuite, preferred. • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
