📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service including: sales and merchandising tactics that improve productivity, product knowledge and selling sessions • Ensure product display model functionality, merchandising, ordering and inventory management • Outline an Area Business Plan that supports company goals and targets • Grow the business by increased listings and gain shelf/off shelf space for new and existing products • Develop and build on relationships with key decision makers and sales staff • Participate in special projects including but not limited to: new store set ups, overnight resets, tradeshows and weekend events as required • Assist in the development and set-up of product line and customer specific plan-o-grams

🎯 Requirements

• Post secondary education in business, sales or marketing is preferred or equivalent • Valid driver’s license issued by the province in which you are working • 2-5 years of in-store merchandising service or outside sales experience • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Self starting individual with excellent time management skills • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and honed interpersonal skills • A proven track record of superior customer service and sales accomplishment • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of honesty and integrity • Ability to develop and follow a sales plan for area • Retail store experience or course work in merchandising/retailing is an asset • Experience building in-store displays and prototypes using hand/power tools • Overnight travel (including air) and willingness to work non-standard hours as required • Willingness to relocate (realignment of account/store responsibilities)
