📋 Description

• The Business Development Director – Healthcare is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for North America (NAM) • Driving market expansion and profitability within the healthcare sector • This leadership role focuses on increasing market share in acute care and other healthcare segments by leveraging innovative products, strategic partnerships, key industry associations, and channel partners • Identify new business opportunities, build sustainable customer and business partner relationships, and deliver differentiated solutions that enhance value for healthcare providers and patients

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated high level acumen in healthcare markets • Thorough grasp the impact of regulations on products, distributors and consumers • Full understanding of how to drive successful deployment in the healthcare market • Strong presentation skills – ability to write, teach and present technical content to industry experts such as Administrators, Infection Preventionists, Epidemiologists, Clinicians and Environmental Services personnel • Excellent communication skills • Strong financial acumen and experience in data analytics • Bachelor’s Degree Required, emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred • 15+ years of experience in a senior sales/marketing position is required • 5+ years of healthcare market experience • Ability to travel up to 35%
