Description

• Sales Operations is a support function to the sales team • Lead the Sales Operations Team at Solenis Pool Solutions • Communicate between sales representatives, sales management, and leadership teams • Assist with preparation of sales proposals and customer communications • Analyze and strategize for potential and existing clients • Attend regular sales meetings and provide updates to the sales team • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Provide support/training to salespeople and customers

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role such as Sales Support or Sales Operations • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Goal orientated and collaborative style • Excellent communication skills • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales data analysis • Experience collaborating with different teams to streamline onboarding and reporting • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
