πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry. β€’ Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand. β€’ Develops business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue. β€’ Works closely with extended commercial team (ie Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications) to understand business requirements and market needs. β€’ Sell new business and new applications in your territory. β€’ Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities including documenting ROI and value delivery. β€’ Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC. β€’ Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable). β€’ Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements β€’ Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor of Science degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, applied sciences, or engineering with applicable experience β€’ 5+ years in Water Industry and customer/technical support activities β€’ Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills β€’ Experience providing field customer support including technical, operational and laboratory expertise. β€’ Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment β€’ Effective communication skills - able to accurately and concisely convey complex technical concepts to all individuals of all levels of experience both in a written and oral format β€’ A focus on safety
