• Responsible for selling into the Pool & Spa Industry • Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business • Providing value added consultative program advice to our customers • Maintain and build business/customer relationships • Manage a team of a minimum of 6 direct reports • Conduct necessary management of Solenis Pool & Spa dealer direct and distribution brands in the Central region of the US • Work with new and existing accounts within your region • Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Associate Director Pro Dealer • Manage profitability of the accounts sold • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements
• Bachelor Degree required • Experience in the pool & spa industry will be considered in lieu of degree • 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the pool & spa industry (preferred) • Prior experience identifying, prospecting and creating relationships with new customers • Proven record of Leadership and Mentoring new employees • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) • Strong work ethic • Focus on safety • Must be authorized to work in the US; No immigration sponsorship offered for this role • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
