Description

• Responsible for selling into the Pool & Spa Industry • Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business • Providing value added consultative program advice to our customers • Maintain and build business/customer relationships • Manage a team of a minimum of 6 direct reports • Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with direction of the Associate Director Pro Dealer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required • 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the pool & spa industry (preferred) • Experience in the pool & spa industry will be considered in lieu of degree • Prior experience identifying, prospecting and creating relationships with new customers • Proven record of Leadership and Mentoring new employees • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
