• Responsible for selling into the Pool & Spa Industry. • Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business. • Provide value added consultative program advice to customers. • Maintain and build business/customer relationships. • Manage a team of a minimum of 6 direct reports. • Conduct management of Pool & Spa dealer direct and distribution brands in Southeast US. • Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities. • Manage profitability of the accounts sold. • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
• Bachelor Degree required. • Experience in the pool & spa industry will be considered in lieu of degree. • 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the pool & spa industry (preferred). • Prior experience identifying, prospecting and creating relationships with new customers. • Proven record of Leadership and Mentoring new employees. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM). • Strong work ethic. • Focus on safety. • Must be authorized to work in the US; No immigration sponsorship offered for this role. • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
