β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs and inquiries in the global market. β€’ Identify and seize new business opportunities, strategically upselling and cross-selling Solera's cutting-edge products and solutions to existing clients across different regions. β€’ Conduct regular client meetings, training and product demonstrations to deeply understand client requirements and effectively showcase Solera's transformative offerings in the international market. β€’ Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions on a global scale. β€’ Meticulously track sales activities and maintain up-to-date records utilizing advanced CRM systems for global account management. β€’ Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics on a global scale to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities across different markets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or business development in a global organization. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effortlessly build rapport and establish trust with clients across different markets and cultures. β€’ Strong negotiation and sales skills, coupled with an unwavering customer-centric approach in a global market context. β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, displaying an innate drive to work independently and consistently meet and exceed deadlines in a global setting. β€’ Advanced understanding of the automotive and/or repair industries is a significant advantage in the global market. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced CRM systems for global account management. β€’ Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, proficiency in French or any additional languages is a plus.
