• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy that aligns with Soligent's growth objectives and enhances sales productivity. • Oversee and lead a high-performing team, including the Sales Enablement Manager, Customer Experience (CXP) Manager, and Sales Data Analyst, ensuring collaboration and alignment across functions. • Manage the sales operations function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring the sales team has the data and tools needed to succeed. • Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. • Collaborate with the CXP team to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. • Manage data requests from the executive team, providing timely and accurate reports and insights to support decision-making. • Drive the development and continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and systems to optimize the sales cycle. • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and analytics, helping to inform sales strategies and business decisions. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline health, and customer retention rates. • Ensure that sales enablement initiatives are aligned with overall company goals, supporting the training and development of the sales team. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives. • Serve as the key liaison between sales and other departments to ensure the efficient flow of information and resources.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, with leadership responsibilities. • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization. • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive business insights and operational improvements. • Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.
