Description

• Analyzes, logs, tracks, and resolves software/hardware matters • Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems • Documents system events to ensure continuous functioning • Recommends course of action and implements as approved • Upgrades system software and hardware components as required • Ensures upgrades are occurring by established parameters • Coordinates installation of client department-specific applications • Resolves matters of significance and implements corrective actions • Installs, tests, upgrades, and configures system files and services • Utilizes standard corporate tools to record changes and problem activities • Ensures onsite technology runs smoothly • Manages and monitors server backup processes • Installs and configures specialized software • Applies software and operating system patches • Manages user accounts, permissions, and passwords • Coordinates with 3rd party support for issue resolution • Installs and configures new hardware • Troubleshoots technical issues supporting onsite and remote customers • Administrates AD/365/Cloud Storage • Prepares/deploys PC equipment and software tools

Requirements

• 2-5 years of directly related experience in systems administration • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines • Ability to drive collaboration with executives and teams • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and GPO • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 • MacOS & Linux experience is a plus • Knowledge of network fundamentals is a plus • Experience with computer hardware for installation and upgrades • Experience with software installation/upgrading procedures • Experience with file and system maintenance procedures
