Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience managing a team. β€’ 5+ years of experience as a CSM, Account Manager, Channel/Partner Manager or related customer facing role at a B2B technology company. β€’ Extensive understanding of partnership dynamics with demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships at an executive level. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams. β€’ Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data and metrics for strategic decision-making. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Knowledge of cybersecurity or related industries is highly desirable. β€’ Experience in developing and refining processes that enhance partner experiences and outcomes is a plus.
