• Responsible for generating revenue by representing Sourcewell’s enterprise solutions • Utilize a relational approach to establish and differentiate themselves as a trusted advisor • Represent Sourcewell at industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events • Implement strategies to increase use of Sourcewell’s enterprise solutions • Assist Account Executives with a regional strategic plan to achieve or exceed goals for assigned accounts • Research and qualify new leads, and nurture existing leads • Collaborate with Account Executive team to identify potential leads for new opportunities • Accurately document participants' interactions, concerns, and resolutions in Salesforce • Research and have a basic understanding of government structure and legal requirements of assigned region • Communicate regularly with participating agencies • Complete outbound calls with new participating users of assigned accounts • Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries in accordance with service level delivery standards • Serve as a co-presenter and assist Account Executives with presentations
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field AND one (1) year of experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience • A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education/training and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of three (3) years • Experience working in a business environment • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills • Experience serving internal or external customers • Two (2) or more years of experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience
