Description

• Works with customers to resolve business and operational issues • Builds long-term partnerships based on trust and confidence • Acts as a consultative business partner identifying improvement opportunities • Responsible for independent issue resolution and customer satisfaction • Onboards and develops new business through proactive outreach • Maintains knowledge of industry changes and customer needs • Logs customer interactions for opportunity identification and coordination • Develops knowledge in customer invoicing and payment terms • Collaborates with sales team to enhance customer experience • Required to travel quarterly for customer engagement

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successful in-person account management skills • Comfortable working independently with customers • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, or similar fields • Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of two (2+) years related and progressively responsible experience
