Description

β€’ This position is directly responsible for generating revenue and reaching profit and margin goals by the day-to-day management and growth of assigned partner accounts. β€’ This person will represent Partnerships at internal and external meetings. β€’ Manage relationships with internal solution owners, Government Accounts, Marketing, strategic partners, and external consultants or SMEs to identify current or future partnership needs. β€’ Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, supplier, and agency unique needs to identify current and future partnership needs. β€’ Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other events to evaluate potential partnership or event opportunities. β€’ Ensure that partnership agreements are well-documented and communicated to key stakeholders and that these stakeholders are involved with deciding whether agreements are extended, modified, or ended. β€’ Manage relationships with industry consultants, associations, and publications.

Requirements

β€’ Associate's degree in a related field AND 2 years of experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience, OR A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education/training and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of four (4) years. β€’ Public speaking or sales presentation experience. β€’ Business process and operational knowledge in sales, customer service, supply chain, and/or procurement β€’ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills β€’ Team management and leadership experience or other relevant training β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). β€’ Four (4) years of experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience (preferred). β€’ Two (2) or more years of public speaking and/or sales presentation experience (preferred). β€’ Two (2) or more years of business process and operational knowledge in sales, customer service, supply chain, and/or procurement (preferred). β€’ Sales experience (preferred).
