• Propel Sown To Grow's growth and continued success in the School and District Sales/Partnerships role. • Execute sales plans aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. • Build and manage a strong pipeline by prospecting new opportunities and conducting meetings to drive the sales process forward. • Articulate and showcase the value of Sown To Grow's products through compelling demonstrations and presentations in high-stakes environments, both in-person and virtually, to senior leadership of potential partners. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with other functions, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. • Stay current on education trends, policy changes, state/federal funding, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business development and/or sales in K-12 education. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results independently and consistently meet objectives. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a variety of contexts (e.g., large group, small group, one-on-one, in-person, virtual, etc). • Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM system) or other sales productivity tools.
