β€’ Hey πŸ‘‹ I’m Emily, Director of Growth Marketing at Pinpoint. β€’ We’re a high-growth, bootstrapped HR-tech start-up building software that helps in-house recruitment teams. β€’ In 2025, we’re looking for a Sales Development Specialist to help us achieve growth and work alongside a colleague in the UK.

Requirements

β€’ 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, with a willingness to learn areas outside your current expertise. β€’ Comfortable engaging with prospects across in-person, phone, and digital channels. β€’ Understand the challenges of outbound and thrive on adapting to objections and finding solutions. β€’ Skilled in crafting personalized, conversational email sequences and LinkedIn messages. β€’ Proven track record demonstrating our core values. β€’ Based in EST or CST in the US. β€’ Highly organized and proactive, ready to tackle tasks and deliver results. β€’ Excited to join a small, ambitious, multi-skilled growth team, collaborating across functions and reporting into marketing. β€’ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
