• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the agriculture and sales industry. • Representative will be based out of their own home. • Travel to company headquarters is required throughout the year. • Strong communication skills are required. • Organizational skills should include being highly detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to schedule daily tasks with follow-up. • Knowledge of computers and smartphones necessary for organizational leadership and effective communication. • Willingness to learn and follow Customer Relationship Management software, calls logs, as well as advanced sales training. • Daily travel is necessary within the agricultural sales representative’s assigned territory. • Seasonal trade show attendance is required. • Valid Driver’s License.
