β’ Seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Representative for a multi-state title and settlement support organization. β’ Responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchisees aligned with company vision. β’ Work closely with senior leadership and franchise development teams to drive business growth. β’ Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and manage structured sales processes. β’ Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to provide detailed information about franchise opportunities. β’ Develop strategies for lead generation and franchise sales growth. β’ Stay up to date with market trends and attend industry events to network and promote franchise opportunities. β’ Assist with onboarding new franchisees by providing support and guidance.
β’ Florida Residency required. β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. β’ 3-5 years of experience in business development, or a similar role within the real estate, title insurance, or financial services industry. β’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, especially in business-to-business (B2B) sales. β’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade potential franchisees. β’ Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work independently, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. β’ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β’ Advanced knowledge of the real estate or title insurance industry. β’ Willingness to travel for sales meetings, presentations, and industry events. β’ Strong understanding of the franchise sales process, including franchise disclosure documents and legal compliance within the real estate, title insurance, or related industry. β’ Knowledge of franchise disclosure laws and experience working with legal teams on franchise agreements.
