• Seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Representative for a multi-state title and settlement support organization. • Responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchisees aligned with company vision. • Work closely with senior leadership and franchise development teams to drive business growth. • Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and manage structured sales processes. • Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to provide detailed information about franchise opportunities. • Develop strategies for lead generation and franchise sales growth. • Stay up to date with market trends and attend industry events to network and promote franchise opportunities. • Assist with onboarding new franchisees by providing support and guidance.

Requirements

• Florida Residency required. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in business development, or a similar role within the real estate, title insurance, or financial services industry. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, especially in business-to-business (B2B) sales. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade potential franchisees. • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work independently, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Advanced knowledge of the real estate or title insurance industry. • Willingness to travel for sales meetings, presentations, and industry events. • Strong understanding of the franchise sales process, including franchise disclosure documents and legal compliance within the real estate, title insurance, or related industry. • Knowledge of franchise disclosure laws and experience working with legal teams on franchise agreements.
