β€’ Build out scalable and strategic talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, Machine Learning and AI, Engineering, Operations, etc. β€’ Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (Linkedin, Workable ATS, college and industry specific career websites, etc.). β€’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. β€’ Source, screen, provide prompt feedback, coordinate interviews, offer, negotiate, initiate background checks, and on-board candidates seamlessly and timely. β€’ Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes. β€’ Partner closely with IT to ensure the candidate is prepared for the first day of work. β€’ Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. β€’ Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, or technical forums (Boolean, etc.). β€’ Passion and vision for emerging media and fashion. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or onsite team setting.
