•Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. •By raising the bar on information security, Sprinto ensures compliance, healthy operational practices, and the ability for businesses to grow and scale with unwavering confidence. •We are a team of 200+ employees & helping 1000+ Customers across 75+ Countries. •We are funded by top investment partners Accel, ELEVATION & Blume Ventures and have raised 32 Million USD in funding including our latest Series B round. •We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sr Account Executive (North America) to join our fast-growing SaaS sales team. •As a hunting AE, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. •You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges. •Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed quota.

Requirements

•Proven 4-6 years of sales(closer) experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role. •Previous experience handling North America as a territory •Track record of over-achieving quota. •Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated and driven to succeed. •Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools. •BA/BS degree or equivalent.
