• Sprout Social is looking to hire an Account Executive, Alliances to the Revenue Partnerships team. • Sprout’s partnerships are essential to running and scaling the business. • Joining our Partnerships team means that you’ll be at the forefront of amplifying our brand in the marketplace, with high visibility and impact to our growth. • As part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to build and nurture the company’s most critical partnerships and leverage those relationships to give Sprout a competitive advantage and drive revenue. • Use your network to source and generate new business through our Salesforce partnership. • Perform business development activities to generate net-new leads. • Respond to inbound referral inquiries by referring them to the appropriate Sprout Social AEs. • Ensure that leads are adequately qualified for seamless handoff. • Track and follow opportunities to close. • Create and deliver presentations both internally and externally on the value of our team’s working together; surface feedback on how our messaging resonates with Salesforce sellers. • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s internal structure, goals, and challenges with a constant eye towards ecosystem growth. • Analyze account data and share insights both internally and externally, as applicable. • Ensure the highest level of partner and customer satisfaction. • Build an internal CRM of Salesforce AEs who participate in deal referrals to Sprout. Enable them so they can evangelize Sprout Social to their customers.
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience • 2+ years working within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem as or with an ISV partner, with System Implementation partners, or both • Consistent and measurable track record of success • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and individuals
