β€’ Squint is recruiting a Strategic Account Executive who will help capture the manufacturing vertical. β€’ You will excel at landing new logos, prioritize expansion opportunities, develop relationships, and ensure ongoing success. β€’ This is a remote position with a dynamic and engaging team. β€’ You'll partner with Sales Development and Solutions Engineering teams, seeking new opportunities. β€’ You will have experience prospecting, running discovery calls, negotiating, and closing new business. β€’ You should understand use cases and how to sell across departments and industries. β€’ To be successful, manage your business in an organized fashion and strive for feedback with a growth mindset.

Requirements

β€’ Experience: 10+ years of Account Executive experience in the Enterprise segment, with a track record of success in a SaaS-based sales role β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey the value proposition of Squint’s platform β€’ Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand clients' needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points β€’ Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals and achieve sales targets β€’ Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and be open to adapt to changes and challenges β€’ Self-Motivation: A self-driven individual who can work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and drive sales
