β’ 10+ years overall SaaS sales experience with successful track record targeting greenfield Strategic clients (10,000+ employees) β’ 5+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market. β’ 2+ years experience selling data β’ A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy and an innate desire to help clients. β’ Ideal experience selling to data scientists/software engineers/technology personas β’ Demonstrated long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles. β’ Experience targeting technology/software engineering personas β’ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally (including C-level). β’ Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ High-energy levels paired with curiosity, an agile mindset, and a strong desire to learn business in a dynamic company. β’ Excellent organizational, planning and implementation skills. β’ High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. β’ Passionate about the Stack Overflow story and our global connection to developers and ways that we can help them learn, share and level up.
